Tracking Issues on Vinted: Solutions and Explanations
If your Vinted parcel tracking isn’t updating, there could be several reasons. Delays in updates are often due to the courier and not the platform itself. For example, services like InPost, Mondial Relay, BRT, Poste Italiane, or DPD are responsible for updating the tracking status. If the tracking code shows no movement, check the following steps:
Wait 24–48 Hours:
Some couriers only update tracking information after the parcel is physically scanned.
Incorrect Code:
Make sure the correct code has been entered (e.g., alphanumeric formats for Mondial Relay or numeric formats for DPD).
Synchronization Issues:
Vinted receives tracking information from the courier, but technical delays may slow down its display on the platform.
